ME:I, who has been busy since their debut, has decided to release their first album in their second year. This album contains five new songs including the title song "THIS IS ME:I", as well as six existing songs including their debut song "Click", "Hi-Five" and "MUSE", which were also performed at the 75th NHK Kouhaku Uta Gassen, for a total of 11 songs.

As the album name "WHO I AM" suggests, this is the one and only album that proves the message that ME:I has conveyed and the path it has taken through its musical activities to date, and shows the direction of the group ME:I.
