On the day, all members of ME:I and IS:SUE OFFICIAL FANCLUB will be gifted original selfie trading cards featuring images of the members that can only be obtained here.

<How to participate>

① Access via the QR code on your ticket or the banner on each official website​

② Select the fan club you belong to and proceed to the redemption page

③Please come to the LAPONE FC booth during the time period indicated on your numbered ticket.

④The staff will check the redemption page and press the redemption button to receive the gift.

After scanning the QR code, if you mistakenly select "Yes" for ME:I OFFICIAL FANCLUB members only and redeem your ticket, you will not be able to redeem it for ME:I / IS:SUE OFFICIAL FANCLUB members, even if you select "Yes" for both ME:I and IS:SUE OFFICIAL FANCLUB members. Please note that you will also not be able to redeem it on the redemption page for IS:SUE OFFICIAL FANCLUB members.

<Distribution of numbered tickets>

To ease congestion at the time of opening and ensure safety, numbered tickets will be distributed (for both boy groups and girl groups).

One ticket can be exchanged for either the boys' group or the girls' group, so even if you plan to attend both, please only collect one ticket.

The time slots for distributing numbered tickets vary each day, so please check before attending.

*You cannot choose the time slot for your numbered ticket. Please come to the event at the time when your numbered ticket is redeemed.

Additionally, we cannot exchange your ticket for a different time slot after you have received it.

*Numbered tickets are only valid for the time period indicated on the day.

* Only one numbered ticket will be given to each person. If you have two or more tickets, only one will be valid.

*Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day. If you do not follow the instructions, you will be refused participation.

*Numbered tickets will only be distributed on the day. If there are no more numbered tickets, please come after the free admission time slot for that day.

*The time when you can exchange your ticket will be printed on the numbered ticket. After receiving your ticket, please come to the booth during the time printed on it.

*If the redemption time printed on the ticket has passed, you will not be able to enter the booth or redeem the bonus under any circumstances.

*If the ticket is damaged or lost, it cannot be reissued.

*Copying, transferring, or reselling the numbered ticket is prohibited.

*In order to ensure the safety of our customers, admission restrictions may be implemented depending on the situation. In that case, you may not be able to enter during the time period indicated on this ticket. We ask for your understanding in advance.

<Other notes>

*Please refrain from lining up the day before or early in the morning as this will cause inconvenience to the surrounding area. Please follow the instructions of staff members when lining up.

*For admission to the FESTIVAL GROUNDS, please follow the instructions from "KCON JAPAN 2025."

*Please refrain from cutting in line or running when numbered tickets are being distributed or when lining up, as this is extremely dangerous. We are not responsible for any trouble between customers or any other accidents or theft that occurs.

*The booth time and the queuing/waiting area may change depending on the situation on the day. Also, depending on the operational situation, the participation method may change or the booth may be closed without notice. We ask for your understanding in advance. In that case, please follow the instructions of the staff.

*Please be sure to follow the instructions of staff inside and outside the FESTIVAL GROUNDS and in the waiting line. If you do not follow the precautions, violate the rules, or cause a nuisance to others, you will not only be unable to participate in this event, but the event itself may be canceled. In such cases, the booth organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible in any way.
